Karate Supplies

Karate supplies include sport specific items like the bamboo stave, as well as general sports fitness items like sports drinks. The sport specific type of supply is sold from specialty stores and you should consult your karate instructor in what and where to buy them. The more general variety is purchasable from any health or grocery store.

General karate supplies are things like sports drinks, dietary supplements, energy bars, and other general sports nutrition items. This category also includes warm up suits, floor mats, and other general sporting items.

Sport specific karate supplies are the things required to practice karate specifically, rather than many sports in general.  The blocks often seen broken by karate masters are an example of this. So is the weaponry sometimes associated with a specific discipline. The bamboo staff is a good example of this type of karate equipment.
